In May 2026, the launch conference of the Family Affairs Consultant (FMC) program — administered by the China Business Technician Association — was held in Beijing, where Irvinal Huang spoke as the program's lead initiator and President of Huaxia Shengchuan. The FMC standard (T/CABP 012—2025) is China's first group standard in family affairs consulting; its companion textbook is published by the China Financial Publishing House.

In 2026 he launched the Asia-Pacific Family Office Standards Association (APFOSA) in Hong Kong, serving as Chief Expert.

A cross-border M&A case under his leadership received the 2024 Family Wealth Report AWARDS — the only Chinese family office awardee that year.
